This is gonna be a little shorter, but basically this week was a little harder than pasts. We had 8 friends who were on date to be baptized, but now no one...sometimes it is like that. The area has slowed down a little more, with little people progressing. But I really do have faith that HE IS PREPARING SOMETHING WONDERFUL! And sometimes, He just wants us to have enough faith to not see the miracle we wanted. This month I am reading about the Atonement, and something I liked was that Christ was suffering and begged to be relieved, yet the Father let Him suffer. He wanted to take away His pain. But He knew Christ would not become who He could be and live up to His potential if He did not suffer, our literal Savior. So, when we have a trial or difficulty or whatever, it is because God is making us so much more than we thought we could be.

January 30, 2024-February 5, 2024-Week 39-San Miguelito
We had zone conference and I saw hermana Allie Christensen!! I love her!! President talked a lot about loving our companion. Then we had to go back to the city for interviews, and an important emergency meeting came up so I was interviewed by the AP, Elder Tarbet. So that was kinda funny and weird. But he really helped give me more motivation and told me to give my same motivation that I would give another hermana when I am struggling.
I am trying to focus more on happiness on the little things and what I can control and letting God perfectly control the rest!
Funny moment of the week is that Hermana Jackson and I are trying to memorize scriptures and we are reciting them walking up the hugesttttt hills, hopeful it can help me get in better shape out here in the land of rice and chicken. We were reciting them all out of breath, but hey, aquí vamos (here we go).
